Qualifiers & How to Apply

◈ Eligibility: Must live in zip codes 40214, 40215, 40118, 40209, 40219 (West of I-65), or families in 40208 south of Eastern Pkwy. ◈ Requirements: For pantry or vouchers, bring a photo ID and a piece of mail dated within the last 30 days to verify your address. ◈ Application Process: * Food: Call (502) 367-6445 starting at 9:30 AM for a same-day appointment (Mon–Thurs).

Baby/Clothing: Walk-in Monday–Tuesday (9 AM – 12 PM) or Monday–Thursday (1 PM – 3 PM).

Utilities/Medication: Check the website weekly for open intake or apply online for medical assistance.
