The Reggae Reunion at the park is a free family-friendly event and a celebration of the Caribbean cultures residing within the city of Louisville and Southern Indiana. Promoting merchandise, music (soca, reggae, dancehall, calypso), food ( Caribbean & Fair Style), and a rich history to share with the observance of Jamaica Independence Day and Trinidad and Tobago Independence Day of August 6 and 31, 1962 respectively, which commemorates the freedom of each nation.
