Established in 2019 by founder Nicole Hayden, the Friends of Nicole 50/50 Mentoring Collaborative is a visionary nonprofit organization built to create a robust conduit for Black women to stand as mentors for young Black girls. They nurture a vibrant pipeline designed to introduce youth to diverse career paths, holistic skill development, and innovative experiences.

Angel's Selfie Museum New Tech Learning Space: Operates an immersive, hands-on learning center where art, technology, and mentorship converge into an interactive space for youth to explore, learn, and create innovative digital content.

Community Engagement & Art Activism: Fuels transformative neighborhood change through public workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative community engagement projects that extend into JCPS schools and local community centers.

Who We Serve

◈ Audience: Young Black girls and youth of color ages 13 to 24 in the Louisville area who are looking for professional guidance, creative career exploration, and technical skill-building. They also serve Black women professionals seeking impactful, structured opportunities to mentor the next generation.
