β€ πππ¦ππ₯ππ£π§ππ’π‘ π’π π¦ππ₯π©ππππ¦: MSD provides two primary discount programs to reduce the cost of wastewater (sewer) charges and the EPA Consent Decree Surcharge on your monthly bill. β For EWRAP: Total household income must be at or below 175% of the federal poverty line. Must apply annually.
β For Senior Discount: Must be 65+ years old with a gross annual household income of $40,000 or less. Must re-apply every three years.
